    Important Dates

  • Claim Form Deadline

    Monday, October 13, 2025
    The only way to receive a Settlement Class Member Benefit from the settlement is to file a claim which should be submitted or postmarked on or before October 13, 2025.
  • Opt-Out Deadline

    Monday, October 13, 2025
    You will receive no benefit from the settlement. This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to bring any other lawsuit against Defendants relating to the Data Security Incident. Opt-out request should be Mailed and postmarked on or before October 13, 2025.
  • Objection Deadline

    Monday, October 13, 2025
    You can write the Court about why you agree or disagree with the settlement or the Application for Attorneys’ Fees, Costs and Service Awards. The Court cannot order a different settlement. Objections should be mailed and postmarked on or before October 13, 2025.
  • Final Approval Hearing

    Thursday, November 13, 2025
    You can ask to speak at the Final Approval Hearing on November 13, 2025, at 2 PM ET about the fairness of the settlement, with or without your own attorney.
